Fitness For Purpose Assessments (FFP)
Using our pipeline software PRIMS, we perform metal loss corrosion analyses according to different standards, such as ASME b31g, ASME b31g Modified, and DNV. Our experts provide you with recommendations for further investigation, remediation, and inspection interval.
All this information is gathered in an FFP report so you know exactly whether it is safe to operate the pipeline and you comply with regulatory requirements.
Corrosion Growth Analysis (CGA)
We perform ILI inspections to help you understand the degradation rates. The collected data-sets from different surveys can then be matched in one information layer through Feature Matching.
PRIMS visualizes high CGR and gives you access to decisive values, such as the projection of corrosion growth, Estimated Repair Factor (ERF) and PSafe values. This forms the basis for remaining life assessment.
Remaining Life Assessments (RLA)
Improved insight into pipeline maintenance and repair needs is the best basis for cost optimization and investment planning. Additionally, it reduces the likelihood of unwanted events.
Pipeline Lifecycle Assessments (LCA)
Considered factors include desired service life and financial benefit of pipeline, expected level of repairs, projected repair costs and projected replacement cost. The report contains recommendations for the optimal repair/replace strategy based on existing and projected factors.
